Returns and Exchanges

Security tags attached, unworn and non customized items in their original packaging are eligible for a return with 20% restocking charges, unless the item has been damaged during the shipment. In case of damaged item, please take picture immediately and contact us at customercare@mikejosephjewellery.com . For returns simply send an email to customercare@mikejosephjewellery.com with your order number and item number within 14 business days of receiving your parcel, and a customer care representative will send you a return label. Returns are processed approximately 5 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
